how do you sync a particular folder on outlook express

How do I sync a particular folder on yahoo mail using outlook express? Also,
recently, I downloaded smiley central but it doesn't appear on the compose
screen of outlook express. How can I solve this problem. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.
