How do you disable script blocking in Outlook?

Can anyone please give me instructions for disabling script blocking in
Outlook 2003?

Background - I am getting only partial ActiveSync to my PPC running Windows
Mobile 5. I am getting error code 85010014 which is an internal server error.
From my research, I'm thinking that the cause could be Outlook - related with
Outlook somehow blocking full access to all Outlook components (except Notes)
by ActiveSync. I've posted in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync. The

I've tried every suggestion in the following link (which mentions error code
85010014) with the exception of disabling script blocking in Outlook 2003
because I don't know how to do it.

Disabling script blocking in my antivirus programme didn't fix the
ActiveSync problem. Disabling script blocking in Windows firewall also didn't
fix the problem. In fact disabling both the antivirus software and windows
firewall didn't fix the problem either.

Select MACRO SECURITY...

Outlook itself doesn't do any blocking such as that you describe. And changing your macro security settings, as Nikki suggested, affects only Outlook VBA macro code and COM add-ins. ActiveSync, IIRC, doesn't operate as a COM add-in.

Some anti-virus programs, however, do block programmatic access to Outlook objects. I'd suggest you look there.
