How do I disable script blocking in Outlook 2003?

You will need to reduce the security setting. By default, Outlook uses
the Restricted Sites security zone when rendering HTML-formatted
e-mails. Obviously this doesn't apply for plain-text mails or if you
configure Outlook to always view in plain-text mode. You could switch
to using the Internet security zone but that means scripts, ActiveX
controls, Javascript, and other HTML nasties are allowed to execute when
you view HTML-formatted e-mails, so be prepared to debug your system due
to malware.

If an e-mail requires scripting to work, better would be to provide a
web site where the script executes and provide a link to it in your
e-mails. Users that prefer to secure against malware in e-mails (which
would be the vast majority of users) can then choose if they visit the
web site to run the script.

Don't really know. All I know is that I am trying to use a PocketPC with my
laptop and while trying to sync, I receive error 85010014 from the desktop.
According to the Microsoft site, disabling scripts in Outlook is a possible
solution.

According to what article? Are you seeing other symptoms? What version of ActiveSync are you using?
