how do put outlook in the system tray

does any1 no how to put outlook in the system tray cz i want it running but
it clutters the sart bar and i would like it to run in the system tray like
msn if any1 no's how plz could u post it here plzzzzzzzzz

i usually use "QUICK LAUNCH" for any program that i use frequently or if like
MSN, i think you should use "START UP folder".
