How do I syncronize Outlook 2003 on two networked computers?

I already use Outlook 2003 to access my e-mail from my desktop. I have a
notebook computer that I network with the desktop wirelessly. I want to be
able to access my e-mail, address book, etc. from both places, and keep them
syncronized - similar to how I syncronize my PDA with my computer.

Andreas, thank you very much. I had been searching through Microsoft and
Outlook help sections, but did not try just searching the web for sync
programs (I only thought it would be part of the Outlook software). Anyway,
I purchased Easy2Sync for Outlook (and for files!). This is exactly what I
need. Steve A.
