Syncronize Outlook

I have a desktop PC and a laptop (networked) both running XPSP2 and Office
2003. Outlook on the desktop PC has my mail account settings, calendar and
contacts etc. Outlook on my laptop has not been configured. Is it possible to
have Outlook configured with my mail accounts, calendar etc on both machines
and somehow syncronize them? ie if I am away from home for a couple of weeks
I can use the laptop and when I return and plug into my home network Outlook
will syncronize on both machines?
Sorry if I havent described my question very well!
Thanks in advance for any help...

try this:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/prophoto/synctoy.mspx

a very well-hidden secret! Works well, too.
