how do i stop pop ups from OterInfo

i am at my wits end i keep getting pop ups from a firm called OuterInfo they
advertize anything from casinos to porn from blind dates to money lending but
mostley from something called winfixer i have put on pop up blokers firewalls
from anyone and everyone i can i have spent a fortune on these products that
all seem to work for a day or two then i back to squire one any help please
they are driving my mad everytime i go on the net they come through every few
minuets while i stay on
please help i am not a computer wizz so please make it simple even nortan
does not stop it

This is an Access D Base area so you would be better asking on a more
relevant forum.

But (as you sound sincere) and I think keylogger are simply wrong

From control panel open Administrative Tools then Services.
Go down until you see Messenger then double-click the Start Up Type and
change it to disable then click apply

Next

Go to www.freedownloads.com and get a programme called spybot and then run
it and remove the spyware from your hard drive.
