pop ups?

Hi,
lately i have been getting a lot of pop up ads from casinos , smileys and
dating sites
This is driving me nuts
Im using IE7 , have all the updates , popup blocker enabled , i have scanned
with norton , trend micro , ewido, im using Avast pro with script blocker, i
have disabled add ons, java script etc but still.. the freakin popups . I
added the sites to the blocked sites list and still they come back . i
switched to the avant browser and still got pop ups ... same with firefox
.....
I think most of this started with a windows live messenger plus add on .
but i have not been able to find what the specific program is that is
allowing the popups
all the scanners come out clean no spyware /adware so WTF is going on..
someone Must know how to stop this s- - t ..browser road rage is slowly
taken me over @#%^$#$%^&* popups
