These may be "Messenger" pop-ups, which can be banished by enabling the XP
built-in firewall (which should be done anyway). See HELP & SUPPORT for
easy instructions. You may also want to disable Messenger, under
START|ALL PROGRAMS|ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS|SERVICES...

Double-click the item, then click the arrow to the right of the Start Up
box. Choose MANUAL mode, and click on OK to exit. This is NOT Windows
Messager, which is a different service.

If this is a program that has been inadvertently installed on your PC,
running ADAware may enable its removal. http://www.lavasoftusa.com
Read the instructions, download, install and run the program. The basic
utility is free. Or try Spybot from http://www.safer-networking.org/

It sounds like you may have spyware on your computer. I would suggest that you run Lavasoft Ad-aware and spybot to get rid of these popups.

I've found a Free Cleaner of Spy ware, it is called; SpyBot Search and Destroy. Search on Spybot. There has been many persons trying to discredit this program, but I've found that it works just like it should. His newest generation covers many options to allow what you want or don't want to keep. Example, PaintShopPro you can keep things by clicking on that application and checking it to keep the things that are considered spy usable.

I'll second spybot and add a recomendation to also run Adaware, THE BOTH
WORK WELL TOGETHER, one invariably catches goodies the other misses. Just
using one you can miss a third of the stuff still hiding and waiting for
you. Also ask around in alt.privacy.spyware another excellent group for
various adware and spyware issues!

Ok this is probably a stupid question but I cant find
administrative tools :(

Should be in Control Panel,

Also can be added as an item in Start - All Programs and also possibly
to the right column of the Start Menu. Right click the Start button;
Properties, click Customise and on the Advanced page look in the pane
for System Administrative tools, select which setting you prefer and
click OK then Apply at the outer level.
