THUTCH,
If you are not still paying a fee to your old provider, you may be still
getting emails on the old account, because the old provider is giving a
"grace period", to transfer over to your new provider, but will eventually
got off access to that account.
A work around for now is to use your new ISP's Outgoing Mail Server settings
for that old account. Some ISP's will allow, others may not. If you are
still paying for the old service, but connected to the new ISP for internet
access. You might be able to change the Outgoing Mail Server Port setting to
587 or 465, from the default Port setting of 25, which may or may not work.
You need to do this on the Advance tab, under More Settings button, in the
Old Mail acct.
