How do I remove System Support Code 80070490 in Activesync?

I have tried Detect and Repair, removed snc and reinstalled sync with pc and
I still cann not get Activesync to sunc properly with Outlook 2003. I keep
getting a Suooirt Error Code 80070490 and I can not seem to find a fix for
this problem.

Try doing a hard reset on the hand held device. (Lots of posts that a
single folder [e.g. calendar] will not sync when upgrading to WM5. Reseting
the device knocks it back in line for some HP devices.)
