How do I refresh a table listing

I added a new field to my access table. When I went to add the new field to
my form in Access, the field listing does not show the new field I added.
Help says to "refresh" the field listing, but I cannot find an icon to do
this with. I sure would hate to delete the whole form and re-design it just
to add one new field that was originally forgotten.

Can anyone tell me how to add a new field to a form or tell me how to
refresh my table field listing so that a new field that is added will show up
on my table field list?

If the form's RecordSource property (on the Data tab of the form's
property sheet in Design View) is just the table itself, just clear it
and then reselect the table. If the property is a SQL statement or the
name of a stored query, click the "build" button (caption "...") at the
end of the property line, and edit the query to include the field.
