In Access 2000 how do I refresh my field list

I have added a field to one of my tables and now need to add the field to a
couple of forms. When I view the relationships for these forms, the new
field shows up but it does not show up in my field list. Help told me to
refresh my field list by hitting the refresh button on the field list toolbar
but I don't see it anywhere.

Any help will be appreciated.

I just answered almost the same question yesterday. Did you try searching
for an answer here before posting?

Below is the post that I gave yesterday.

Your form is most likely based on a query, not a table.

Add the field to the query as well. This query may be a saved, named query,
or it could be an SQL stored within your form.

Open your form in design-view.
Go to the FORM's property box
Click DATA, then RECORD SOURCE
Click the elipse to the right of the record source. This will open the
query builder.
Modify the query to include the new field(s).
