How do I print an address book by category in Microsoft Outlook

In Outlook Contact Manager I can print a telephine list by category but I
want to print a complete address book. For example, I am envolved in many
volunteer activities and need an address book for each organization.

I would export my contacts to Excel and then create custom formats and select
records in MS-Word (mail merge), or MS-Publisher. Allows you to create
mailings, letters, and labels, too.
