Both those methods prevent the MSCONFIG Selective Startup screen running at startup.
Open Registry Editor and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Post the REG export here.
