How do I Permanently Prevent the ''System Configuration Utility'' window from appearing

Thanks fo reply, but

This doesn't work 1. Click Start, Run and type "msconfig /auto". check the option "Don't show......." and press OK
Brings up error window; Windows can't find misconfig/auto


This does not work: 2. Download fix from: http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/xp_nomsconfig.ht

Clicked "Don't show..." & "OK"
