How do I import from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007?

I have Outlook 2007 Basic on a new computer. I tried to import my Outlook
2003 data from my old computer, but it imported from Outlook Express instead.
Help!

Hi A. Langan,

you can move the complete Outlook PST file to the new computer.

This site is for Outlook 2003 but it is nearly the same way in Outlook 2007:
