How do I fixing the ccCommon problem

everytime I open words, ppt,or excel.I got this message " the feature you are
try to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available.
insert the "ccCommon" disk and click OK. I still able to open he file after
few click on the X, but take forever to open a file or try to save a file.

ccCommon is a component of Norton Antivirus. If you recently
uninstalled that program, then the problem is that the program did not
completely uninstall. There is a utility on the Norton website that
completely removes Norton Antivirus from your computer.
