How do I find deleted emails that have been removed from trash?

I am trying to find out were I can find deleted emails that have been removed
from the trash bin. I have deleted an important email & really need to find
it. I was about 2 weeks ago. Is there a history that I can go to?

If you have Exchange with Deleted Item Retention, you can often get a
deleted message back. If you have a PST, _sometimes_ the method here helps:
