How do I export Outlook Addresses to Excel

I use Outlook at home another program at work for addresses. I need to be
able to export Outlook to Excel so I can Import the file to that program. I
only want to have to make updates in Outlook. I cannot convert to Outlook at
work. I have tried to export the Outlook file but I get an error each time;
An OBDC Error has occurred in the Microsoft Excel translator while trying to
write a record to the results file. I have Outlook 2003 and Excel 2003. I
am (I believe) following the steps as outlined.
