export email recipient addresses to excel

I need to know how to export email recipient addresses to excel. I am using
Excel and Outlook 2003.

My boss wants a list of email recipients we send email to...

And where exactly are these addresses stored now in Outlook?
Contact folder? Within a message? Within multiple messages?
Tried the Export function already?

I want to be able to put all email addresses we send emails to or people who
email us, i want to put those email addresses in excel. I don't know where
email addresses are stored when you email someone or when someone emails
you... I know those files are stored somewhere and there is a way to export
them to excel but i don't know how it's done...
