How do I disable allow access message when syncronizing?

When I snyc my pda and the process comes to syncronizing my contacts, outlook
displays a message that says another program is trying to access my contacts
and will I allow access. Does anyone know how to disable this function? I
don't know what happened but it has just recently started this.

You can't disable the prompts, but a newer version of your sync software
shouldn't cause them to be displayed.
