Error syncronizing Palm Vx - Microsoft Office Outlook warning mess

When I syncronize my Palm Vx, (1st time since upgrading to 2003 from 2000), I
receive this Microsoft Office Outlook warning message:
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it maybe a virus and you
should choose 'No'". Allow this for 1, 2, 3...10 minutes etc...

In my mind, this is referring to my palm syncronizing with Outlook 2003. How
do I turn this warning off?
