How do I create a rule to delete blank email messages?

I'm getting totally blank email messages and would like to create a rule that
will automatically permanently delete these messages. The only rules I see
ask to specify specific text but find nothing to flag blank fields, etc.
Any suggestions?

Dear Dougcf1942,

try the rule with "" as specific text. In Excel the text "" is the
definition for an empty field.

So what is a blank field? The absence of whichever characters you deem
significant, so look for the absence of those significant characters ...
or look for those messages that DO have those significant characters.

Apply this rule after the message arrives
permanently delete it (or whatever action you want)
except if the subject contains 'a' or 'e' or 'i' or 'u' or 'y'
stop processing more rules

The action gets performed on all e-mail that don't have a vowel in the
Subject header. If you get e-mails in a language that has words without
vowels or you don't want to block on subjects like "Hmm, Mr. G, CD/DVD @
$40" then add all the other alphabetic characters. It's up to you how
many alphanumeric characters must be present with a minimum of one
occurrence. The same above rule can be used on a blank body for an
e-mail by changing to "except if the body contains".

Greetings,
Thank you for your help.
I had never gone far enough with rules to realize that you could apply a
rule for all email and then use the exception to create an appropriate filter.
For my purposes I used "except with @ in senders address".
This automatically filters any email that doesn't have a senders address.
Best regards,
