How do I completely wipe out all Outlook files and start all over?

I want to completely start over. I want to wipe out all files including
emailc, contacts, and calendars thet I have ever created in Outlook. Please
help me get rid of everything.

If you just want to start with a new data file, Simply create a new one, and
set it as the *default.*
You can do this either via the mail applet in the control panel (OL closed)
or within OL, File>New>Data File

Yes, however, the simpler method is to just rename the Outlook.pst file to outlook.old. That way, if you find that you need something from that file, you can rename it and then open it, drag and drop the item to the new .pst file and then close it.
