How do I change the attachment view default to "normal view"?

My attachments open by default in "Reading Layout". I can of course change by
clicking on "View/Normal" but is there a way to change the default so
attachments always open in "Normal" view?

Open Word and choose Tools | Options | General. Clear the checkbox to Allow
startup in Reading Layout.
