How do I backup IE auto fill passwords

I wanted to find out how I backup the IE auto fill passwords. I've got
everything else backed up, but that's the only thing left that I need to do.
The reason I want to do this is so that when I do a clean reinstall, I will
be able to restore the password data.

I was hoping to find out what file or folder the passwords are in so that I
could just copy it to my external hard drive like I did with my Favorites
folder and email and address book folders.

They are encrypted in the Registry.
It is not a matter of just copying a file.
