How do I add Anonymous back to Outlook permissions list?

At my company, there is an open sharing of calendars. From what I've been
told, outside of distribution lists and adding each individual user, setting
the "Anonymous" permission to Reviewer is the preferred method of sharing
calendars. Some of my users, for some odd reason, don't have Anonymous in
their permission list, and I've come up empty trying to find out how to add
it back. Is there any advice out there?
