How Can One View Their Notes While The Audience Views The Slides?

I have just recently become aware of the "Show Presenter View" option under
the Slide Show--->Set up Show Dialogue box. I have not had the chance to try
out this option yet. Is this the option the person below is referring to?
Or is there a separate add-inn like they mention? A teleprompter type tool
would be invaluable. Will this fit the bill?

A: PowerPoint has an add-in that allows the presenter to see their notes,
thumbnails and slides on their laptop while the audience sees the slide show
on the projector. We are looking at enhancements in future which may include
teleprompter capabilities.

The transcript seems to point to the "Presenter View" feature of PowerPoint.
It does allow you to see notes on the laptop while projecting the slide show
to the audience.
