How can I view the folder "Top of Information Store"?

I drug a group of messages to my user name (I don't know what else to call
it) in an attempt to drag them to the "Delete" folder. I searched for the
messages and it was indicated that they were located in "Top of Information
Store". IT support where I work is at a loss.

In the Folder list, right-click on Personal Folders, choose properties.
Go to the Home page Tab, and uncheck the box "Show Homepage by default
for this folder". Click Apply and your messages should then become visible.

When I tried your suggestion, the box was "grayed out" and wasn't checked.
Any other possibilities?

try an advanced find for that folder level that does not se any criteria (do
not check the box to include all subfolders) - then select all and move to
another folder.

I tried a second time by right-clicking on the main folder instead of
"Personal" and it worked! I appreciate your help!
