how can I schedule my mail to deliver automatically at set time?

please find a suitable answer for the asked question

I WANT MY MAILS TO BE SCHEDULED TO DELIVER AT A GIVEN TIME AS I DO NOT HAVE
A LAPTOP AND I KEEP ROAMING BETWEEN MY OFFICE SITES SO I DRAFT MY MAILS AND
SEND THEM WHEN I AM IN OFFICE. bUT NOW I WANT THEM TO SCHEDULE SO THAT THEY
DELIVER AUTOMATICALLY AT A SET TIME BY ME. IN OFFICE WE HAVE A EXCHANGE MAIL
SERVER AND WE WORK ON MS OULOOK 2003 ON USER SIDE.

FOR EXAMPLE; WHEN WE SEND AN E CARD THROUGH A WEBSITE WE CAN SCHEDULE IT TO
SEND ON A SET DATE AND TIME.

I WILL BE GREATFUL TO YOU TO HELP ME OUT.
