How can I make a call using my contact list and VOIP -skype ?

I am a skype user and I trying to make a call using the phones in my contact
list.
How can I do it ?

Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]

Outlook uses the Windows dialer. It only supports plain old analog phone
lines. That's not what you're using.
