How can I grow text as it moves?

My goal is to have text start in one location of the screen (in an object),
and move to another location of the screen. While moving, I would like the
text to grow. I have motion path tools, and aside from making 20+ continuous
slides to simulate it moving, I don't know how to accomplish this animation.

Understanding this may not be feasible with powerpoint, I tried an alternate
plan: Move a small version of text from point A to point B, and then grow
the object to full size. Unfortunately, I cannot grow text without it ending
up pixilated. One person reccommended saving the text as an Enhanced Windows
Metafile, and it grow without losing quality, but my tests disagree.

I tried to have text (or picture) shrink and then auto-reverse grow, and
have the first half of the animation be invisible, but I dont know how to
change text color mid-animation.

I also tried to stack a fade in with the above animation, but it is not
invisible until the fade in starts halfway through the shink-grow animation.

Can someone help me with some kind of creative solution to this problem?

Kevin, see if this does what you want

1. Insert text at FINAL zoomed size choose text colour the same as
background (ie invisible)
2. Emphasis grow / shrink to a small size eg 25% (with previous very fast)
3. Emphasis change font colour - after previous- very fast to whatever
colour you want
4. On click motion path
5. "with previous" grow shrink eg 400%

I do not have the option in Emphasis animation to change font color. I have
font style, size, and type, but no color.

I figured it out for anyone interested.
The first step is to have the text move to the location you want in small
form, then dissapear after animation.

Then you stack an appear entrance animation at the time the first animation
ends.

You also stack a Shrink, and auto reverse grow to happen at the same time so
that appear happens when the text has reached its smallest point.

Have all animations linked to occur simultaneously.

Kevin,
The tutorial here talks about enlarging image or text without losing
quality. Just for your reference:

In addtion, if you are using WordArt, you can't use "Change font color"
effect.
