How can I get .jpg attachments to automatically open in outlook?

Everytime I get a picture attachment such as .jpg - I am unable to open the
attachment. The message is "application not found". I have to save all this
stuff to my hard drive just to be able to view it. I used to be able to just
scroll through my messages and the pictures were already opened. I that is
not possible, is there anyway to just open it without saving it to my hard
drive?

Double clicking should open it in your default picture viewer.
This is not an Outlook setting but a Windows setting. Make sure it is
correctly configured in Control Panel-> Folder Options-> tab File Type

Thanks! There was nothing set up for viewing jpg files. It works now. Thanks
