How can I find out who created an Access Database File?

I need to know how to find out who created an Access Database File from a DB4
data source. I need to know who created it and what was the Date/Time that
it was created. We are using Microsoft Access 2000

There is nothing inherent in the Access file to give you that information.
If this database was created on a network, it's possible that your network
administrator might be able to tell you who the owner is. Or the owner of
the file might be viewable from Windows Explorer.

File, Database Properties *may* provide you this - General tab for date
created, Summary tab for who.
