Run Time file in Access

Can i create a run time acess file (exe file) which can be run by anyone who
does not have access logged on their systems. I have created a database file
and have users who do hot have access on their system to be able to work with
the files. Is this possible.

You need 'Developers' Extensions'. If you have Access 2007 they are free.
All other version require purchasing seperate software AND depending on
which version of Access you have the software may or may not be available.
