How can I export autocompleted saved emailed addresses?

When I type in a email address in the to field Outlook autocompletes the
address with peoples emails addresses from people who not only are saved in
my contacts but from EVERYONE who has ever sent me an email. Now I am
switching laptops and want to export these people's email addresses but I can
not find where they are stored. Does anyone know how I do this?

Rather than export the addresses from your NK2 file, you should just find
and copy the NK2 file from your old computer to your new one.
