How do I export/import contacts in Outlook 2002/2003?

I don't want to export/backup emails but only my contacts/email addresses.
How can I do this with Outlook 2002/2003?

Depends what you want to do with them.

You would never use export or import for this process because the data file
type in Outlook 2003 is not compatible with 2002. Instead you would create
an Outlook data file in the appropriate format, copy your Contacts into that
file, close Outlook completely, then copy that file and open in the the
other version of Outlook. Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook
data backup or transfer:

Create a new PST with File>New>Outlook Data File. After you create it,
right-click and drag your Contacts folder to the root of the new PST. When
the copy completes, right-click the root of that new PST and choose Close.
Stop and restart Outlook. Your backup is complete.
