how can I download a free version of powerpoint, ME compatible?

My PC shows that I have word 2002, works suite 2002, I can load them and
bring up programs, but cant install powerpoint for some reason although it
shows powerpoint 2002 as being there but not 'started' or 'installed'?

Works does not include PowerPoint. If you just need to view a presentation, you
can download the free PowerPoint 2003 Viewer from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...27-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&DisplayLang=en

If you need the full PowerPoint application, you'll need to shop around (eBay,
etc.) for the "full standalone version" of PowerPoint 2002. PowerPoint 2003
won't run on Windows ME and the PowerPoint 2002 upgrade won't install without a
previous version of PowerPoint .
