Hello,
I want to apply this hotfix:

"Windows 2000 Post-Service Pack 4 COM+ 1.0 Hotfix Rollup Package 28"

Information Link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/828748/ is that.

But there's no option to download that hotfix.

How can i download that hotfix? I contacted MS but they said this
hotfix is not the type which are published on the net.

Please help.

Hey,

You will need to contact Microsoft Product Support Services via
telephone to recieve this hotfix. Charges may apply but I think that
they waive them if this hotfix will fix a particular problem with your
system. MVPs confirm?

Dear Adam,
It's a very meaningless procedure, it's not problem, just seeing some
logs in "event viewer", but, if i contact via telephone, how can they
provide the hotfix?

Microsoft can provide the Hotfix to you via email after you have
contacted them and if Microsoft is willing to provide you with the Hotfix.
