homepage keep changing

I have my homepage set to msn.com, but every time I go
open the browser again, I get sent to http://globe-
finder.com/840828/. I reset it back to msn.com, by using
Internet Options.


I managed to stop the IE Launch process mid-stream and it
looks like there is an internim site that it first goes to:

http://out.true-counter.com/a/?840828 %
20about:blank

Its really annoying. Please help!
