Home Page continues to reset when I restart my computer.
Goes to www.find4u.com as well as add 4 pages I do not
want to my favorites. I have deleted temp internet files,
cookies and history. I have reset the home page and
deleted the favorites, and have run ad aware. Also when
shutting down computer there is a program that contiues to
run called Win Min that I have to click end now before the
computer will shut down. Afraid to go through and start
deleteing executable files.

Help please.

See if it's listed in Auto Start folder.
If not, use regedit to go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and see if
there any entry pointing to the WinMin (you will need to determine the exact
name of the executable file)

You can use Rich Explorer Bar to restore your home page address and block
unwanted URLs. This software does a lot more for your pleasure

You've likely done this already, but I ran into this same
problem last night on a computer and we had to update the
AdAware file list then do these in this order:
1: Open Internet Explorer and change the home page to
whatever you want, say "www.yahoo.com" (I'm sure you know,
but for others reading along I'll point out that you can
just type in the page you want in the address bar and let
Explorer go there. Once there, go to "Tools"
then "Internet Options" and under the listing for home
page select the "Use Current" button to change the page to
whatever page you are on).
2. Close Internet Explorer.
3. Run Adware now and be sure to check the items it finds
(click on the boxes, don't just hit "next") and
delete/quarantine them.
4. Go back and open Internet Explorer again and see if it
is resolved.

This solved the problem for us last night but it had to be
that order. We ran AdAware and even after cleaning
everything, because IE still held that damn page as it's
home page as soon as he would open IE, he'd get the adware
dumped on him again. Also, once it's done it, you have to
change the home page and close IE in order for Adware to
actually remove the blasted thing. I hope this helps
someone. It was annoying as hell to us last night among a
host of other problems. Best of luck.
