Home Page Default keeps being overridden

I have reset my homepage under the internet properties
windows, but if I turn off my computer, the next time I
turn on the computer, my home page address changes to a
page (the same page each time) that I do not want as my
homepage. How can I change this default to the page I
want and so it will stay that page until I decide to
change it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
