Home page being overwritten

My internat page is set as http://www.comcast.net.

Starting about one week ago when I turn on the computer
and go into internet explorer the home page is
automatically overridden and the web site "global finder"
appears. When I go into settings for internet option the
address line shows "about blank". I reset and apply the
correct home page which is http://www.comcast.net. During
the day I periodically check the internet setting and it
remains on comcast. However after the copmpuer is turned
off and I restart the following day the home page again is
overridden with the global finder home page. What is the
problem and how is it corrected?

I had the same problem. Download Spybot Search and
Destory (do a google search to find sites that have it).
Run that, and like magic all the Spyware will be gone
from your machine and everything will be back to normal!
