"Hole"

"Hole has encounted a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." and " please tell MIcrosoft
about this problem". OK.. I have done so...many times..
it happens EVERY time I log on. I do not know what it
does or what I have to do to remove it. The computer does
black out sometimes during inter functions and has to be
totally rebooted.
