After removing virus's, trojan's and ad-ware, i rebooted and this message
appeared, i've done a google search on sqpnn.dll and it has come up as a type
of virus, i've just done a system restore and everythings gone worse. even
system restore doesn't work now! I dont have the installation disc, any other
way i can sort this out?

If you are unable to remove the infection you'll need to erase your hard
disk and re-install everything. Before you go that route I would show
the computer to a professional.

Here's a ray of hope: What you're seeing may be what's left over after
all infections have been removed. In other words, your computer is no
longer infected but has leftover files from the infection. Removal
procedures sometimes leave benign files behind.

Any computer sold over the last few years that has Windows pre-installed
is required to have a way to return the computer to the way it was when
it left the factory. You do this either with the restore CDs that came
with your computer or the hidden restore partition that was built into
the computer. Your computer manufacturer will show you how to use these.
