Help with SERVICES please???

I disabled some services to decrease resource usage. My aim is to get
rid of everything possible. However, I wanted to know if any of the
services I disabled would cause lag/latency of my broadband internet
connection?

My suggestion would be to go through a list of services, what they do, what
depends on them, and what they depend on, then make your decision from
there.
