HELP WITH ROUTER FIREWALL

Hi, i have road runner, and from the modem, i have the internet going into a
Linksys 4-Port Router. I have two computers networked to be online at the
same time. But the router seems to be blocking certain things, like direct
connection for online gameplay. The only way I have found to get around it is
unhooking the router network, and just pluging the computer being used for
the directconnection to be online, thus causing the other one not to be
online. I need a way around this so that i can somehow turn the firewall off
inside the router, but leave the one on my computer the way it is...any help
would be great...thanks

Read the Linksys manual about DMZ. If you don't have a Linksys manual,
go to their website for tech support and read about setting up a DMZ
with your equipment.
