Router not recognised

Help! My pc and laptop will not recognise my router. Without the router I can
go online. With the router both pc and wirless laptop show that I am online
but unable to use either when router is connected. I am sure I am missing
something. Yes, I have the cables the right way!! What am I doing wrong?

You probably need to configure the authentication credentials (ID, and
password).
For DSL, http://www.ezlan.net/PPPOE.html
For Cable Internet. http://www.ezlan.net/broadband.html
