Help & Support Center not working.

I've got a weird situation here. One of our users is not able to open the
Windows Help and Support Center when he is logged on, however when the
administrator logs on to the same computer it works just fine. If the user
opens the help and support center as an administrator while he is logged in
it works also. It just won't work when he is logged in. I've tried the
suggestion on www.kellys-korner-xp.com but none of them worked.

Danny, have you checked when the user logs on if Control
Panel>AdminTools>Services>Help and Support is started?

yes, i did check that and it was running. i tried restarting that service
but no luck.

Yes, that service is running. I tried restarting the service but that didnt
make a difference either.
