Help! My IE PopUp windows have been disabled!

Can someone please help me. I recently loaded a
popup-killer named AdsGone. It did in fact stop all IE
popups from occuring, but then of course I discovered I
needed some of those popup windows for my bank account,
etc. I told the program to stop blocking popups, didn't
work. Then I uninstalled it, still popups were being
blocked. I have even re-installed IE 6, the popups are
still not happening. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

With some popup removal programs, you can hold the CTRL
key to allow a popup window to occur. Maybe yours will.
